Stackflow Solutions is a one-person consultancy. This site exists to explain what I do and give you a way to get in touch. I collect as little as possible, and I never sell it.
What I collect
- Emails you send me. If you write to [email protected], I receive your name, email address and whatever you choose to include. I use it only to reply and, if we work together, to run the engagement.
- Aggregate site statistics. I use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is privacy-friendly and cookieless. It counts page views, referrers, country and device type in aggregate. It doesn't use cookies, fingerprint you or track you across other sites.
There are no ads, no marketing pixels, no tracking cookies and no contact forms that store your data on this site.
Who processes it
- Google Workspace handles email.
- Cloudflare hosts this site and provides the analytics above. Like any web host, it processes standard request data (such as IP address) to serve pages and protect the site from abuse.
I don't sell, rent or share your information with anyone else, except where the law requires it.
How long I keep it
Emails are kept for as long as they're useful for our conversation or working relationship, plus any period required for tax and accounting records. Analytics are aggregate only and kept according to Cloudflare's standard retention. You can ask me to delete your emails at any time.
Your choices
You can ask what information I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Email me and I'll respond promptly.
Changes
If this policy changes, I'll update it here and change the effective date above.
